432.3 is not a starting point — it is level after pricing #13

NCSX-IS is an event-driven index: each new bond priced adds an observation and the level is recomputed. This page replays all 13 pricings and shows the level right after each one. Every dot is a pricing, not a close — an event-driven index has no daily moves, and drawing it like a price series would mislead.

How to read this

01
Every dot is a pricing, not a close. NCSX-IS only moves when a new bond prices.
02
The step shape reflects a sample that only grows: issued bonds are never dropped, so the index is a running face-weighted average of new-issue pricing.
03
"Pull" = the bond's weight x (its spread - the level before it). Sum of pulls in a multi-bond event equals that event's delta — that is the "why did it jump" answer.
Scope and red lines: verifiable arithmetic on publicly filed terms only. The replay does not model maturities or redemptions (none inside this window); a sample that only grows means this is the average of new-issue pricing, not a traded market level. No credit ratings, no default forecasts, no investment advice.
